Cakrawala University is a newly established higher education institution in Indonesia, dedicated to shaping future ready graduates through flexible, innovative learning approaches. Lack of Flexibility, the system was built to serve multiple universities, making it too general and not tailored to Cakrawala University’s specific needs. Complicated User Flow, the interaction between users and the admission process was confusing and inefficient.Incomplete Billing Coverage, the current system didn’t support the billing process, which is essential for operational transparency. Unstructured Academic System, the academic features lacked clear structure and needed to be reorganized for better usability.

Created wireframes and high fidelity designs based on tasks assigned by the Project Manager through Jira, ensuring each screen aligned with project requirements and user needs. Built an interactive prototype to effectively present the design flow and interactions to the tech team, supporting smooth handoff and development understanding. Conducted usability testing with users to evaluate the design's effectiveness, identifying strengths and areas for improvement based on real user feedback. Developed a follow up research plan based on usability testing results to guide future iterations and ensure continuous improvement of the product.

RESULT
The final design of this system achieves user satisfaction by our target 85 point and we’ve achieved 94% process on the target. This system is still under development, with several academic modules yet to be deployed. The project is currently at the halfway point toward full implementation.
